Juniper Networks
US-based IT company Juniper Networks has commissioned us to help it develop its approach to stakeholder engagement. We are facilitating a series of workshops with Juniper management to help define stakeholder concerns and the value and opportunities that can be achieved through more effective engagement. The workshops will be used to draft recommendations for evaluating issue materiality and to map stakeholders in an integrated and rational manner. Following the workshops, we will draft an action plan for developing the company's stakeholder engagement program.
