The Royal Bank of Scotland have commissioned csrnetwork to analyse their accountability through the Accountability Rating, jointly produced by csrnetwork and AccountAbility. Using the six domains of the Accountability Rating, csrnetwork produced a formal benchmark report to RBS detailing areas of strengths and weaknesses against competitors in the Financial Services Sector. The report also provides recommendations for engaging with stakeholders, managing risks and
opportunities from non-financial aspects and integrating non-financial matters into the core RBS business strategy.
