BAA has acquired a good reputation for its sustainability reporting and is constantly seeking to improve in this area. We worked with BAA on the use of the internet as a reporting medium. This involved bringing together several printed reports and other communications tools to create an effective internet-based report on all BAA's social, environmental and economic activities.
