Over the last three years, HP has looked to the Accountability Rating to benchmark its non-financial performance. Since 2004, HP has commissioned csrnetwork to provide a detailed benchmark report of its accountability against the Rating criteria. These reports detail highlights and areas for improvement along with practical steps to drive performance. The findings are shared with HP management through a formal benchmark report and feedback session. We also provided best practice examples from the largest companies in the world and in the computer and electronics sectors.
